System Engineer – Palembang Branch
Job Desc:
• relationship building to dealer, contractors and consultants;
• researching the market, customer information and related products;
• presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
• liaising with factory to check the prog
•
•
• ress of existing orders;
• checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
• recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having knowledge in technical air conditioning, preferred.
• Experience in sales retail for air conditioning and home appliances will be good advantages.
• Passionate in doing sales activities, highly spirited, trustworthy and good negotiation skill are needed for this position.
• Able to communicate in English for both written and verbal.
• Willing to be placed in all branches: Batam, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Makassar and Manado
• Willing to do business trip and attend training if needed.
